Browsing Tips:

• The purpose of the wall is to browse, not to search for a specific car or small specific group of cars. Use broader keyword terms. Single word or year is best.
• If the results don't return what you are looking for, start with something more basic or broad, then browse the wall.
• Spelling counts! Misspelling a word will return no results.
• In the main search, it is best to think in terms of searching a single field. Then further filter those results using the wall search (magnifying glass icon). For instance if you want to see red corvettes, you could enter Corvette in the main search, then when the results are displayed, you can type "Red" into the search field within the photo wall to highlight only Red Corvettes.
• Examples of good keyword terms to enter:
  — corvette
  — mustang
  — Ford
  — 1966
  — Red
  — convertible
• Examples of bad keyword searches:
  — corvete (misspelled, will return no results)
  — chevy (abbreviated make name--use Chevrolet, not Chevy)
  — 1965 Ford Mustang (too much information, choose just one of those words)
  — tbird (not enough information, use the correct spelling Thunderbird)
  — '68 (not full year, type 1968)
  — red chevy impala ss (too much information, attempting to search across multiple fields, use just one term)
  — ford pickup extended cab (too much information, just use one word, or just "extended cab")
• Try different keyword terms and see what you get.

Start Your Own Garage!

• Select your favorite cars and then click on the "Add to My Garage" link in the description to begin collecting a garage of your own.
• Click the My Garage button to view your personalized garage at any time.
• You must be registered and logged in to our forums to create your own garage.

Barrett-Jackson Photo Wall Tips:

• Click on the wall and drag to quickly browse thumbnails.
• Zoom in and out with your mouse scroll button
• Filter results by entering search words into the search field (click the magnifying glass in the bottom right corner to begin).
• Double click a thumbnail to view a single car. Click the "Start Slideshow" icon to browse automatically. Click the icon again to return to wall mode.
• To see a car's full detail page, select the car and then look below the wall, or click the link in the description.
• You can download the full screen version of the photo wall (very cool!) by downloading the browser add-on here or clicking the "Get CoolIris" button below.
• To launch the photo wall in full screen mode, click the CoolIris icon on your browser's toolbar or click the icon in the lower right corner of the photo wall.
• Create your own personal garage! In full screen mode, select a car, then click the star icon, this will add the car to your Favorites list (registration required).
• Share a car with a friend! In full screen mode, select a car and then click the email icon. You can now send a link to this car to a friend (registration required).
• View photos from your own computer in the full screen video wall! In full screen mode, select "My Computer" and browse to a folder with images in it.
• Create your own personal settings by registering and going click the settings icon in the top left bar in full screen mode.
